Fuel prices at the pump have climbed steadily across Ghana this year, and it's showing up directly in what buyers are asking us to source. Hybrid SUVs now make up close to half of new inquiries, up from under a fifth this time last year.

The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and Jetour hybrid variants have been the standouts — buyers like the fuel savings on the Accra-Kumasi corridor without giving up the ground clearance and space a straight sedan can't offer.
