Selling on ELK Cargo
Five steps from signing in to your first sale. No account needed to read this.

Sign in with your email
Go to elkcargo.autos/login, choose the Dealer tab, and enter your email. We'll send a sign-in link, no password to remember. Open it on the same phone or computer you used to request it.

Complete your dealer profile
First time only: tell us your name, company (if any), phone and WhatsApp number. This is how buyers and our team reach you.

Add your car
From My Listings, tap + Add car. Fill in make, model, year, VIN, mileage, engine size and body type, set your price and currency, mark which documents you have, and upload clear photos (video helps too).

Wait for review
Our team checks the photos, specs and price before anything goes live, usually the same day. If something needs fixing, we'll mark it Rejected with a reason so you can correct it and resubmit.

Manage your listing
Check My Listings any time to see each car's status. Once a car sells, mark it Sold so buyers stop asking about it.
Common questions
What if my car gets rejected?
Open the listing from My Listings, fix whatever the rejection reason points to, and resubmit. There's no limit on retries.
How will I know it's approved?
Check My Listings any time. The status updates there first. If it's been more than a couple of days, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take a look.
Can I edit a car after it's approved?
Not directly. Approved listings are locked to keep prices consistent for buyers. Message us on WhatsApp if the price or details change and we'll update it for you.
