ELK Cargo grows its Accra support team

As order volumes have grown, so has our team on the ground in Ghana. We've added clearing agents and a dedicated delivery coordinator based in Accra, which means shorter turnaround times between a car landing at Tema and reaching your door.

Support is now available seven days a week over WhatsApp, whether that's a question about your shipment's status, a clearing document, or help scheduling delivery once your car is out of the port.

This growth is customer-driven — it's a direct response to the volume of dealers and individual buyers now working with us monthly, and we intend to keep scaling the Accra side of the business alongside it.
